no start, lots of white smoke, passed buzz test.

man, it never ends, im loading a trailer to move and my truck wont start.

Its cold in colorado, I started my 99 7.3 and let it warm up for about a half hour. billowing white smoke, after it warms up its turns blueish and dies down a little, normally when i get it hot it will almost fade away completely.

so after i put it in gear, it dies. cant start it back up. wd40 wont even get it to fire. Ill let it sit for a while and it will start up again then a few seconds of running, it dies again and doesnt start. Had a guy come out and hook a solus pro and the one time we did get it running again, it just turned the scanner off. he was able to do a buzz test on it and it passed all 8, i had it scanned the other day and it didnt pass the number 7 injector. now it passes? what the hell? I know that the IPR valve is bad because it just comes right off and that tin nut is missing too. thats definitely an issue, but i drove it for a year like that so i know that couldnt be the MAIN culprit. so why would it start? why would it die after running fine for so long?? confused here, usually get great answers and help from this site. thanks in advance.

-sincerely,
Sean "hopes for the ez fix" Clark
