1500 RPM Shudder AT LIGHT ACC. ?

so now that it is cold out i have noticed my truck ebpv does not stay on as long as it did last year when cold and that the truck want to acc. under light throttle around 1500 like someone is pushing the gas pedal down... things i have done is new pedal asy. cleaned ebp sensor. unplugged ebpv didnt help. any help would be great i use this for plowing and no mech. around me know what to do when i bring it to them thanks!!
