rough idling issue

Hello looking for some help on a friends 2002 7.3.I have autoenginuity.Only code was PO671 cyl 1 glow plug.
When hooked up to Autoenginuity what should I be looking for? Is there FICM voltage like a 6.0 and so whats it listed as and what is standard and whats considered bad?
At idle ICP was around 550 psi
vehicle power voltage was 14.0 volts
vehicle reference voltage 5.00 volts
inj control psi duty cycle 11.33%
inj control psi volts 0.82
