P1280 done everything possible to fix it. what now?

Ok so ever since ive had the truck ive had this issue P1280 icp low, i needed to smog it before registering so i took it in, a shop replaced the pcm because there were multiple other issues with the truck but they said the computer was the issue soo they replaced it and "smogged" the truck for me and i registered it.

SES light came back on a few days later due to all of the existing issues, i wasnt in a rush to fix it so i started picking away at the issues got everything else taken care of...

but this P1280 so i began with the wiggle test on connections, check for oil in connector etc, no change, replaced icp sensor no change, replaced the pigtail connector for the icp sensor no change, so i figure what next the oil preassure in the rails really is low? so i replace the IPR(it was coming loose and had a slight seapage) no change, the ICP goes to default voltage so it runs pretty good so i kept driving it with the light on and learned to live with it.
This has been over the past 2years and its that time to re smog it, so i talked to some of the guys at the local dealership tested voltage through the ICP circuit, had an open circuit so overlayed the 3 wires with new ones from the icp directly to the PCM. no change this is where im at now its been there for the past week and a half and the dont know what the issue is. Theyve checked all my work theyve even tried all new ICP sensor nothing... so what would be the next thing to do, besides contacting "ford tech hotline" is this sounding like its an actual oil pressure issue or electrical. i couldnt figure out my self how to do the diagnostic tests on an Auto enginuity scanner after the ICP goes to default but im trusting that the tech at ford has done these tests, theyre wanting to have the PCM rebuilt... not sure thats the issue

I'm having this same problem. What was your final diagnosis if you ever found one?

Turns out the female pins in the connector were spread to far apart. Replaced connector pigtail and she's running good now.
