Need help have high egts!!!

So i have a 2001 7.3 the mods done:
Stage 2 injectors
Garret 38r turbo
Regulated return
Fass fuel pump
Built trans
5in turbo back exhaust
Custom tune from gearhead automotive
Intake manifold and the big paper filter

So here's our problem when ever you get into it the egts go high like 1400+ :/ the guage is the correct reading too. And even worse when we have a load of bales on it the truck is used for the farm and pullin. I blew put the rad, intercpoler to see if that was a issue but its not
There are no exhaust leaks either. Amd the truck is gettin plenty of cooled intake anyone got anypointers?

check the turbo collector for soot. Thats thee only place ur high egt's coming from, unless a noticable soot around the cac boots on the spider assy and IC, but then your boost gauge would tell you that.
