Question 7.3 Shake After Programmer Install

I recently bought an edge evolution for my 2000 f350 7.3 it has 135000 miles no codes and has plenty of power. My problem/question is after the installation, on any of the 3 power settings if I rev it up from idle just sitting at a stop, it will lope/shake 4-8 times quickly, gradually getting lighter until it smooths back down to a steady idle, it's not bad enough to the point where I think something is wrong. I was just wondering if this is normal or if there is a problem? It doesn't do it when it is programmed back to stock.

No fuel pressure gauge, just what the edge can display, would it do that if it was low on oil?
