2000 powerstroke sputtering
rough idle and when you take off it is sputtering and getts to driving rough the faster you go then when you exceed 2000 rpms it clears up? the strangest thing ive come across.. its my dads truck and he thinks its the injector or injector wire or valve cover gasket idk please help

could also be the EBPV sticking. Its a flapper on in the exhaust side of turbo.

Doesn't sound like EBPV, but maybe. Sounds like injection issue. Which could be oil, fuel, or wiring.
Last oil change, oil used? Fuel filter change last? Have you checked the UVCH connections or wires under the VC for chaffing?
