Missing Issue

I have a 2003 7.3 with a 150,000 miles. The truck has a miss to it and when you scan the truck it reads that number 2 and 8 injectors are the problem. I have replaced them and done a compression test and still have the miss. you can have valve cover off truck and unplug these two injectors and the miss get worse just a bit. I am totally stumped. Any help would be great. Please I need some help on this.

Also truck doesnt run that bad with this miss but i can tell its there.

think its the cps causing the issues...(normal if run'n a grey one) If you can find a black one, get it...
