Up pipe collector clamp to turbo

I am trying to get my turbo out and the clamp that goes on to the up pipe collector into the back of the turbo is stuck. I have the screw all the way loose but the clamp wont come free.

Any tricks or tips would be appreciated!!

Its just a pain in the a$$. I have always had to just pry on it the best i could till it came off.
