Unhappy oil leak

ive got a 96 with 90,000 power stroke 4x4
its got a good oil leak from the motor and as i opened up the engine compart ment i noticed it look like there was in the valley of the motor there was a little collection of oil and there is all so a noticable oil stain on the ground when parked for a while. from what ive heard is it could be the turbo o rings and other suggestions before i have to pull the turbo off and repalce the o rings?

how much time and labor do you think it takes to repace these o rings? on the hpop and the turbo ?

You will be hating life if you have to remove the turbo!!! ITS A PITA!!!

this is going to be one of those jobs that make you what to bring it to ford isnt it? dang this is going to be a pain in the but job
