No smoke, runs rough, no power,no code???

My 2001 F250 is still running rough. It does not smoke, there is no CEL, the only codes are a KAM code (my battery is bad). I did a buzz test, it was good, but it would NOT innitiate the contribution test. We looked at the pre-delivery and 5 and 8 showed high numbers.
I replaced the cam and exhaust back-pressure sensors and the UVC connectors.
ANy ideas??

Bad batteries can cause a variety of issues. Some electronics are very finicky about the power they get. Fix known issues before you try troubleshooting ghosts. Get good batteries, then if the problem persists, start troubleshooting.

Thanks Macon, I was thinking along that line. I know it wreaks havoc with the computer in the dash.

Okay- replaced a bad battery. It ran good first time out. Second time rough idle and a miss. Still no smoke. Only code is P0603 a KAM code. Could the clicking under the dash affect the injector module? Could trying to start it with bad batteries mess something up?

I don't know what the clicking is. New batts, it ran fine. Tried again, it ran bad. Is it just giving issues at idle?

No, rough idle and it "misses", vibrates taking off under power.

I can check that EOGeer- also it vibrates and "roars" at about 2300 rpm taking off. It seems to cycle, it gets better, then progressively worse, then back to ok.
