Clear liquid Leak from trans inspection plate

What can this be? It almost seems like coolant/water... It has no smell but has the feeling of coolant!

If it's clear but oily, I'd be thinking Brake Fluid maybe?

Is it a manual transmission? if it is, your clutch slave cylinder is leaking.
