Possible IDM Issue

So I just put in my new stage 1 injectors from DP-Tuner with new tune (replaced because I thought I had a bad injector) and truck started once, ran like crap (just like before the swap) and Im stumped. I have run the GB 103 tech bulletin IDM testing and all injectors are sitting at +\- 3.0 ohms and both the power circuit and shielding circuit are showing infinite resistance like it should. When I hook up AE the only code shown is P0261 #1 Injector Circuit Low. I would think that if the resistance test is good then my harnesses are all good but its weird to me that if my IDM blew only 1 injector/code would be thrown. Anyone got any Ideas?
