fan noise
While I was changing the belt on my 99 I noticed a fan clutch bolt had started to back out. While I was tightening it I noticed one was missing. Now it sounds like the fan is hitting something when the engine is r running. I spun it by hand and didn't notice the blades hitting anything. My question is do you think just putting a bolt in might fix it or should I just change out the whole clutch?
I bought this truck about a month ago and have already changed both batteries, alternator, fuel filter, vacuum pump, and belt. |

Never mind the truck answered that question for me when the water pump pulley shreded the bolts and now i am replacing all of it.
