03 7.3 coolant disappearing and oil leaking

I am trying to diagnose an oil leak behind the fuel bowl which i researched and found could be the hpop o ring..but what really is bugging me is my coolant is disappearing bit is not leaking anywhere. I started up the truck and drove it 2 miles and rechecked it and the coolant level went down another inch or so still with no signs of leaking on the ground or motor. The truck runs great, and didnt notice any coolant in the oil so where could it be going?

I try to research as much as i can before posting a new thread but all the posts i found involved coolant leaking out visibly and not just dissappearing so i figured id ask. Any help would be great...thanks guys
