Tank trouble 7.3

Fuel tank dirty and inside coming lining coming off was the trouble of my 7.3 van running good part time and running bad most of the time . I had a inline water filter ,fuel installed to get the tank liner before it gets to the bowl . After the tank was removed cleaned I feel the filter was needed to trap move later on . I hope this post helps someone .
