2003 7.3 White smoke Please HELP!

hey guys,
I dont know much about diesels. i have a 2003 7.3 powerstroke with 199xxx miles. it has started blowing white smoke!!! it does it at idle and driving. it seems to do it more if i drive. im thinking injectors but i have no clue. i dont wanna spend all that money on injectors if that not the problem. truck runs fine doesnt idle rough but i can tell im loosing a little power. please help!
