leaking anti freeze not running as strong?

So recently my truck started leaking and it looks like its from the water pump.

I am a noobie when it comes to diesels but am used to water pumps seeping when they start to fall. But why would the truck also start to run like a dog.

Egt's are the same but the truck doesn't seem to have the same power.
