Hey guys. So as always, thanks for your inputs and Ill continue to help where i can....

Heres my NEWEST issue. not a bad one and im sure its an easy fix. I have an oil leak, i recently took off my turbo because i thought it was the pedestal orings. so i replaced the o rings and put everything back together. i connected the ebpv cable(?) to the pin actuator. correct me if im saying it wrong. anyway, so i got everything back together and WOW. what a difference. i do have a hypertech tune in it but when i put everything back together, its like the truck woke up!!! i had badass acceleration, the idle sounded great and everything. its like it was a new truck. well the next night i was entering the freeway and there was a little rice burner with a turbo that i had to black smoke because the 2 lane entrance to the freeway converted into one and i wasnt about to let the little $hit burn me. anyway so i did smoke his plastic weed eater with wheels, but i heard kind of a muffled pop sound and got a check engine light. Then the light went immediately away. went home and parked it. the IPR valve"s tin nut had come off and the sleeve that goes over the shaft of the IPR was sitting in the valley. The truck still runs and drives fine. but my mpgs feel like theyre way down. and i STILL have the stupid oil leak. theres not really any white smoke except in the mornings for a few minutes, but im getting HUUUUGE clouds of black smoke when i accelerate hard or am going up a hill. And instead of building up pressure during acceleration THEN having one short WHOOOSH right around the shift points, im getting a longer continuous whoosh AS im accelerating? Is the cable the culprit? or is it something else? Am i low on blinker fluid?
Thank goodness for the web, id either have to take it to a mechanic

or work on it at home, blind, in the dark.
