Newbie with injector/wiring questions??

Hey everyone new to the 7.3 so i need some help. I have a miss not sure which cylinder it is yet havent had time to hook it to a good scan tool. I have been doing some research and learned about the under valvecover wiring harness. my question is is there a way to test the wiring and see if it is bad? would an ohm test work on this ? any help is appreciated thank you

The only way to really know is to take the valve cover off and watch the injectors if they are squirting a good stedy pulse of oil tgey are ok. As for the wiring harness i just inspect them and maybe swap a injector to tge hole that's not working to be sure if its tge harness or injector.
