Quits when hot, High pressure oil questions

Started having problems a few months ago, occasional hard start, now it has started to stall when it is hot. New cam sensor, even changed in a parking lot when it quit and would not restart. I am leaning towards either bad hpop or IPR. At idle I only have about 500 psi @7% duty, at 1500rpm I have 675 psi @ 9% duty. In gear at 1500 rpm I had 1740 psi @25% duty then the truck died, tried to restart and only had about 210psi while cranking. Once it sits for a while and cools down it will start and run for a while and then do it again. My question, is there a good way to tell if it is hpop or ipr, I did try unplugging icp and still no start until it sits. HELP!
