Rough running 99-250 with a ton of codes

I bought a 1999 F-250 that was running rough and now trying to sort things out. The first code I found was 0476 (exhaust back pressure valve). I took the sensor and tube out and it was full of carbon. I clean both and no change. I then scanned all the codes (continuous, KOEO, KOER) and came it with a ton of codes.

These are the codes:

Continuous
1. P0472- Exhaust Pressure sensor low input
2. P1670- Electronic Feeback Signal not detected
3. P0603- Powertrain Control Module
4. P1316- Injector Driver Module
5. P0478- Exhaust Pressure Control Valve high output
6. P0470- Exhaust Pressure Sensor

KOEO
1. P0470- Exhaust Pressure Sensor
2. P1274- Cyl 4 High to low side open
3. P1275- Cyl 5 High to low side open
4. P1278- Cyl 8 High to low side open

KOER
1. P0476- exhaust pressure control valve range/performance

I'm hoping that some of these codes are connected. Truck is hard to start, runs rough at idle and is down on power. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!!

Sounds like wiring problem. I had a similar problem, thought it was the idm, replaced it, no change, found the wire harness where it plugges in to the main clip on the driver side valve cover, just above where the corrugated plastic wire protector is, the wire was rubbing against the valve cover and rubbed through a wire and was shorting out, covered in electrical tape and problem fixed.
