02 long cranking no start somethimes ???

Yes i know theres plenty of threads about similar problems but i want my own haha!! Ok so i own a 2002 f350 and its been fine for the past year but last mon i was driving it to autopart store and as i went inside for about 5mins and came back out the truck just cranked but wouldnt start!!!! Had it towed to my job and found a blown 20amp fuse in the under dash fuse box, replaced it and still wouldnt start!! Truck sat for almost 2 days and i just decided to try to start it and after a long crank it start but kinda rough but cleared up in seconds... Drove truck and drove fine so i drove it for a day with the long cranks and rough few seconds but on sat after driving the truck home and letting it sit a few hrs damn thing wouldnt start agian so i let it sit for a bit and after a very long crank it started again with a rough idle but cleared up in seconds, drove truck to a buddies house about 3hrs away and as i was parking it just died!! I left it there for 24hrs and it started again and once i shut truck off at home it wouldnt start again,,, today after long cranking it started but again with rough idle and cleared up in seconds!!!!!!!! WTF?????? I know,, i need to scan truck!!! Any other advice?????

Got truck back from Marty's diesel performance 6 days before this issue started and he installed a complete fuel system and i changed oil 2days before issue started!!!

NEW MOTOR BEING BUILT! motor thats in it right now....7.3,DI stage 4s 350/200s, GT4594 turbo, ZF5 swap, Valair Kevlar clutch, term twins HPOP, 6" lift, 35",Banks IC, DIY 6637 filter, 3.5" down pipe, BDP IDM, TW live tuned chip, BD turbo timer, DIY ladder bars,910 springs, push rods, studs, fuel and airdog I.
SOLD 99 F350 CCLB 6speed 4in down pipe. and banks junk, made 330 on the dyno at 5k feet though. 2.5in leveling kit. custom bumper.
1983 F250 6.9 IDI, 4X4, Flat bed

im thinking its oil or fuel, but beings he put a new fuel system on it i would start there. pull the plug on the HPOP rez and see if its full of oil also. then see what your IPR % is and your ICP psi is

Truck ran great for the few days before this, very strong!!! Well il start by posting mods to see if this helps::

200 swamps hybrid injectors
Martys diesel fuel system with regulated return
Fuel bowl delete
Gtp38r
4inch turbo back
Afe stage2 intake
Afe intake manifolds
Swamps tune
Bts valvebody
215k on the motor

Also fuel psi on my gauge reads 55-58psi
