Broken Icp!!! no WTS!!! NO START!!!

So the other day i sprang a fuel leak from the fuel bowl lid, sprayed diesel everywhere, replaced that o ring. problem solved. then this morning i realized i had an oil leak coming from near the turbo, i assumed it was the o rings on the pedestal so i took the turbo off, replaced the o-rings, etc. i put everything back together the way i took it off and realized my glow plug relay was burnt. so i go to auto zone, get another, hoping this would fix the problem. well it didnt, even with the new frikkin relay i still have no WTS light. no start. i unplugged the fuel bowl heater, still nothing. i read about the number 30 fuse thing in relation to the heater plug. which fuse is the number 30 fuse? dash? or under the hood? also heres the kicker, as im examining stuff, i realize the my IPR sensor is totally broken!!! its in pieces in the valley. I put it back together, I think the right way, but how does that even happen??? so i unplug that to see if it would start with wd40, NOTHING. Please help i gotta work tomorrow

ok heres an update: im an idiot. from now on i will K.I.S.S. Keep it simple stupid. i just put the IPR back together. also the number 30 fuse was blown. problem solved. by the way the oil leak was also causing my turbo to release some boost, and now that its fixed, holy crap, my truck is awake now!
