Violent shaking, low idles, dead pedal.

Well, heres the story.

Left for a trip about 2 weeks ago, truck sat under a tree for 10 days. I get back, hasn't been started at all. Started the truck, ran just fine, but idled a little funny. Go to drive it down the road, and when it shifts into second, all the problems come in.
It idles down to 500 rpm's, then violently shakes the whole truck. It has a knock from hell when it does this.
After the shift, the throttle is useless. I could put the throttle to the floor and the damn thing gets worse the farther you push it. Also, I can feel that the TC shakes the most until i let off the throttle.
After about 10 seconds of idling after it all happens, it dies.

I have no idea what to check or do to the truck. Anything helps at this point, I have a buddy of mine coming out in a few hours to see whats wrong with it but maybe you guys know something to check before hand. Thanks

It throws 7 or 8 codes, dont know any of them at the top of my head. Guy working on the truck says that all of the codes go in a circle around the PCM. Hes checking different sensors and such to see what the problem is, he's stumped on the problem.
