running rough

hey guys,
i have a late 99 PSD 190k, straight pipe, 6-pos power hungry chip, 6637 intake.

it has been running rough so i did o-rings on the injectors, at first it ran a bit better but now it is running rough at idle, almost like it is missing a bit and has a tick from idle through all rpm. it still has plenty of power and black smokes a ton. any ideas? thanks.

Have you ever had to replace tour injector harness plugs? I had the same issue a while back

Mine is doing exactly the same - just like its missing as you say and Ive also noticed the tick at idle.
PSD 2001 - 225' Km on the clock, should be plenty left.

I had something similar wrong with mine and it was a bad injector and a bad wiring harness. Hope this helps..

It may be easier to disconnect each wire individually from the harness clip so u dont need to pull the vc. Just an idea. Ever find the problem ?
