pcm wont wake up no start

i have 2000 ford f450 drive train in my 94 f350 have used 2000 wiring wany to start and no wait to start light and no glow plugs or idm back tracked all my steps checked power going to pcm plug and grounds all are good. service lite is on when in run .after all that bought new pcm pluged and all was good wait to start lite on and glow plugs idm . cranked over no start figured hp pump needed to be primed put batt charger on truck and went to bed . next day primed pump and turned key no wait to start lite glow plugs. any ideas would be great
