Random Stumble... 1st time ever

So for the 1st time ever I felt my truck fall on its face for a split second, I was pulling out of a side road at a very low throttle position, and as it started to drive off it had a pronounced stumble, more of a cut out than stumble I guess. One big fall flat on its face drop in power and then came back immediately, hasnt done it since. Think its cause for concern or could have been anything and as long as it doesnt keep doing it im fine?
