hpop line on driverside head leaking..which o-rings?

hey guys i think i found my oil leak..i thought my turbo was leaking again but it looks like its coming from the hpop line going to the drivers side head..will this kit work for the fittings on the head as well?

Replacement O-rings for Ford Diesel Engines

says its for the lines coming off the hpop itself but those are fine i want to replace the o rings on the inside and outside of the lines going to the heads..

you need the o-rings that go into the rail heads i don't remember the part number off hand but ou can get them off that site. The ones at the hpop are a different size than the ones going in the oil rail

i had an issue with my hpop leaking it was literally just a bolt which it's o ring failed. I just took it out put a o ring back on with some lock tight. After a month of mechanics telling me my air filter was to clogged up and i changed my oil wrong. Probably changed my oil four times one week trying to figure out what the problem was.
