Fuel drain valve problems

I replaced the two fuel drain valve o-rings with the blue fluorosilicon pieces from Dieselorings a few months ago and they worked great. A week ago, I went ahead and replaced all the o-rings and sleeves on the fuel bowl to fix some other leaks. I didn't replace the fuel drain valve o-rings as they looked to be in perfect shape. Fuel is leaking around the drain valve though and ending up in the V of the engine block. Fuel isn't leaking out of the drain tube itself, but somewhere between the drain valve and the body of the fuel bowl.

Have you guys ever had one of the valves itself crack and start leaking? A bit puzzled. I can't find the exact source of the leak, but pick up a couple drops of fuel on my finger tips when reaching under the bowl after running the engine for a couple minutes. All the other fittings and plugs are nice and dry.

Not sure if I should just order a whole new valve assembly or another set of o-rings.

Put another set of o-rings in the drain valve and it still leaks. Not quite as badly, but there's a definite leak. So...ordered a whole valve from Dieselorings.
