1999 7.3i turns over wont start

1999 7.3l turns over wont start .I have cked the oil level ,ran the codes, and the reader shows no failers. this truck was purchased at a insurance auction . it has front end damage .I reset the inersia switch. still no help.

First, what are you using to pull codes? It takes a professional scanner for our trucks as they are Not strictly OBD-II (despite the connector).

Next, here's a good No Start check;

WTS Light? - do you get it when you first roll-on the key?

Tach Movement? - does the tach needle move up slightly when cranking?

Fuel - pump runs? Fuel refilling filter housing? Tank below 1/4?

Is it cranking fast enough? - it won't even TRY to start if cranking really slowly.
