Fuel pump relay

Hi everyone, I have been searching for my fuel pump relay on my 2001 7.3 and can't find it. I have pulled the radio and checked my owners manual with no luck. The fuel pump has quit working and I just want to check that relay before buying a new pump. Any ideas where that relay is? Any help would be great! Thanks.

There is a fuel pump "inertia" switch inside the passenger kick panel. Check it.
Have you checked voltage at the pump?

Ya I checked the reset switch, it wasn't tripped. I haven't checked that yet, I will tomorrow after work to see. Thanks! Any ideas where that relay is? It doesnt say in the owners manual and all I am finding searching is is may be behind the radio, which I checked with much difficulty.

I checked that fuse and it was good. I keep reading about the relay yet nowhere does anything tell me where it is...

That's just a fuse. Idk if there's a relay or what.

On an '01, depending on the revision, it can be in one of two places....

If you have a Trans Temp Gauge in the cluster you have the revised electrical change that happened mid-year in '01.

The revised electrics have that relay built into the fusebox and is considered "non serviceable". If you don't have the revision, then that relay is where it's described for the 2000 in jesilvas's link above (center of the dash by the radio).
