Ok, so you are at least getting into a gear, but the trans won't move.
The loose shifter has a few fixes. Doing some searching will find threads, but I remember about some screws loose in the column at the end of the shifter, and also a way to tighten the whole shift linkage.
P1249 - Waste gate steady state failure - GND short, plugged hose/port, solenoid, actuator
P1211 - ICP pressure above/below desired - IPR valve failed, stuck, or shorted to ground
The WG is not a big deal. Those are the possible causes.
ICP - do you have a chip? The sensor could be bad, you could have a chip and are running out of HPO, or have another issue.
