Intermittent rough idle

The truck is a new to me 2001 F250 with 153k. It runs fine but occasionally idles rough.

The weird thing to me is that it doesn't do it all of the time, and that I can create the rough idle by revving it up. I noticed by accident that if it is running smoothly and I rev it up in neutral to over 2 grand for a few seconds, then when it goes back down to idle it will be rough, like a miss.

I bought the AE pack and it does show a problem with contribution on cylinder 8.

Anybody have an idea what I should do next?

Very normal on number 8.

What's your fuel pressure?

I haven't had a chance to check the FP yet. Got out of the hospital 2 days ago and will hopefully be back to truck troubleshooting by the weekend.
