Hpop resivoir

I have my resivoir off my question is, is the bottom rubber gasket supposed to have the pre filter screen or just the oring gasket, it for a late 99, I have both gaskets, not sure which one to use

It had the rubber oring gasket without the screen that dips down into the front cover, not sure if that was right

Got it figured out early 99's just had the gasket, lates have the gasket with screen, mines a late 99, but had a early 99 gasket without the screen
