hydro locking 2000 7.3

Hey im new to this forum and i have a 2000 ford with a 7.3 powerstroke and i hope you guys can help me. every once and a while when i start my truck in the morn it is hydrolocked on one cylinder. so i take a breaker bar and put it on the crank and very gently and slow i turn it over until its free. and after that it fires right up but when it starts it has a diesel fuel smell coming out of the exhast and it burns your eyes and it smokes blue for 10 sec or so thats only if it was hydro locked if its not it dont smoke at all when i start it. it dont use any oil nor does it have any signs of any forign fluids in the degass bottle. Or any water in the oil. when i drive the truck for a hour or two the oil pressure gauge will drop and fluctuate at idle. when the guage is fluctuating it almost seems like it does it when a injector fires like it has the same rythem.. and when i put my programer on it seems like it gets tight when i try to start it any time and from what i understand a programer jacks up the fuel pressure and oil pressure. so any help would be appreciated guys thanks.
