99 no start, checked everything
ok guys ive got a couple of questions but ill start from the begining. My 99 7.3 was taking longer and longer to start so i started digging, i figured out that some of the injectors had blown o rings got those fixed and truck will run but not like it used to. it is always a hard start in 50 degree weather and the truck wont move till it warms up, no idea why. last time i got it started it i took it for a 60 mile ride thinking that there was still air in the system but still hard/no starts. when cruising at 40 the icp is at about 1400 and the ipr is about 35% open, but when i punch it the icp drops to 800-1200 and the ipr jumps to 64% and the truck falls on its face. also it misses at cruising speeds. ive checked icp, cps, idm, pcm, injectors again, ipr, fuel pressure, low pressure oil pump psi, hpop oil level, just about everything. when i try and start it the icp goes to like 2200 and ipr goes to 35% and the truck fires but wont catch all the way. Was wondering if anybody had some ideas, i think the hpop is bad.
