Motor Hydro Locking

Went on a trip with my 2001 7.3. After we stayed at hotel we came out and the motor was locked up. after a few trys we got it started and let it run all the way home. It took about 2/3 a gallon of coolant and there was some oil in the coolant. Went through the work of taking the heads off and having them plained and new gaskets also had new coppers put in the injectors sleeves with new orings on the injectors. started up and still having the same problem. motor has to be brought up to temp and the crank has to be in the 8 to 11 o-clock position to hydro lock. Looking for suggestions on what else it could be and what pistons to test for leaks if someone knows the timing sequence?
