7.3 died after small tug

I was trying to pull small tree out of ground yesterday and put little bit of slack in chain and gave a small snatch, the jolt shut my truck off and now it wont crank, I installed a new lifter pump couple days ago but I can hear it turn on still, plenty of fuel up at fuel filter but can only get it to try and start by giving very little starter fluid but cant get to run it just just starts to fire lil rough on starter fluid. I tryied pushing fuel reset button under glove box but appears to be push down. I did this few weeks ago and truck stopped but cranked right back up
any ideas on where next to check?
