Elephant under the hood

I had my intercooler pipes off during a V3 install. After reinstalling the pipes, as she builds boost, I'm hearing what sounds like an elephant squealing. My first thought was loose clamps on the couplers. I tightened them nearly as far as they can go. The sounds still happens, just now at slightly higher boost levels. I don't have a boost gauge, so i'm not 100% positive. I've heard of people using hair spray under the couplers as a sealant.

Does this sound like a boost leak? Is an adhesive required to prevent leaks?

Please, help me silence this animal.

I made a boost leak tester and found a leak from my passenger head to y-pipe connection.
