Hey guys, so after truck being down for 3 months got her going again.. Happy days.. Not so much, smelled diesel, spotted wet fitting at fpr, tried snugging and broke it. phoned ford, told them to f there hat with their 420 dollar fpr housing, brought one in from out of town. Asked my brother to put it back together for me when i was at work and came home to see 100psi on the gauge. Shut off truck, engaged cusser. it was running a cool clean 60-65psi before it broke. Please can someone send me a pic of how it goes together with the line. I know the arrow looking sleeve in first, then spring, then housing. But what about the line?

So, Figured it out. What had happened was the wrecker who sold me the housing sent me the plunger, barrel, and spring from another truck. My brother installed the barrel from the wrecker into the fuel bowl with the old plunger and spring. When I removed it I eyeballed the two and one was about 1/4 inch longer than the other. Put all the old stuff back in and I'm right at 60-70psi again. Thanks for the help though. So future note, dont mix up plunger and barrel combos. haha
