No pulse width
I have a 2000 van 7.3 powerstroke that will not start. It shows well over 500 psi injection control pressure and well over 100 rpm but no pulse width. Anybody have any thoughts on why there in 0 pulse width?

Also Forgot to say that the only code that comes up is p0603 and the injector buzz test passed and KOEO test showed nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
