02 7.3 leaking oil again after ebpv delete...

hey guys, when i bought the truck last year noticed it had a small leak coming from the ebpv rod...so i got rid of it plugged the hole yadda yadda replaced upper and lower o rings just to be on the safe side...

now 3-4 months later i have a small leak again and im pretty sure its coming from the lower orings (ped. to block) since there is no trace of oil above that..i torqued the 3 bolts down correctly when i did them (i forget what it was) but was it possible that i had to torque them down again after a couple weeks...two are ok to get at i dont know how id tighten the rear one without removing everything again...
