Loss of power and bad fuel mileage and lots of codes

Hey guys i am new to the site, I've searched it a lot and found great info so i decided to join and post a problem I am having.
2001 F350 dually 7.3 completely stock with 160K on it.

Problems i am having are loss in power and fuel mileage went way south, like 12-13 MPG hwy driving. I drive it the same as i did before with 17-18 MPG. The truck runs good and smooth, its just started in the last few days to start rough but smooths out in a couple of seconds. Hooked it up to reader today and got some codes.

I've got 5 codes:
P1280 ICP sensor Circuit low
P0472 EPS low input
P1690 Wastegae Solenoid Circuit
P0603 PCM keep Alive Memory(KAM) Error
P1211 ICP Above/Below Desired

I run injector cleaner/cetane boost about every other to third tank
I changed my HPOP oil with my last oil change.
I took EBP sensor and tube off last week and cleaned them, they were clogged good. Put back on and seemed to be a bit better but not much.
I unplugged the ICP and ran it, no difference just turned CEL on.

Only thing i notice is most of these sensors tie into the Glow Plug Relay and am wondering if i need to replace this glow plug relay or should i start with the sensors?
If you have any thoughts please let me know!

Also forgot to mention, that before i noticed the loss of power and mileage, I had a flatbed installed on the truck, only reason i bring it up is maybe something could have happened to the fuel sending unit or pump in the tank when they pulled the old bed off, i doubt it but wanted to see what you guys thought.
