Please educate this Novice...

I just sold my 97 f250 diesel. I am looking at a bone stock 2002 F250 4x4 Lariat crew cab diesel with 211k miles. Adult owned! The truck looks and runs fine. New tires and brakes.

My question: What are the common issues with the power train of this year vehicle?

My 97 was rock solid, but the wife wanted more room for the kids when we pulled the boat. I completed a lot found on this form, cold air intake, CPS, ...I miss it already.

Let me know what I should address first upon purchase as a preventative measure.
