JUST dies at short distances!!!!

traveling short distances truck will just dye. AT stop light it just dies it takes about 30 minutes and then it will start then it,s fine, it now takes about an hour before it will start again.have takenit to the shop 3 times but if it doesn't do it it doesnt show up on codes ???Could it be a sensor ???? HELP!!!

What's the status of your CPS (Crank Position Sensor)? Has it been changed yet? Kinda sounds like that kind of issue....

Are you taking it to a diesel shop or somebody who really knows diesels? Do they have the proper code reader (you need a professional one to read our trucks).

With the right equipment, if there really are no codes and you've already had the CPS changed, I would lean towards Fuel Delivery. Maybe a problem in the tank with clogged screens or something? Monitoring fuel pressure would let you eliminate that...
