Engine Idle stutter

Hey I am new to this forum and recently purchased a 2001 F250. I have already started doing some things to my truck for a little better performance and mileage. Installed Dp tuner and 4in exhaust. I have a idle problem that is almost unnoticeable but i can tell somethings not right. It seems to change idle a little with no ac or anything on, it is small like 50 rpm. I don't have any engine surge problems when driving just when idling and when in drive. You can feel the slight roughness as the tach needle moves up and down slightly. I have done numerous searches and tried replacing the icp since it was full of oil. Just wondering if there is something else i might be missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks, Clint

I Think i have the grey cps in my truck so is there any way it might be causing this or is it something else. Should i look for a black cps? It sounded like the icp going out but, replaced and still no fix.

Anyone want to add to this it seems to be sort of a common problem. Just thought someone might have figured this one out and could save me some money, these sensors are expensive as heck to change and not have any influence on the problem. Clint
