SES intermittent issue

I've had the SES come on a few times intermittently. It happens under hard accel and immediatly goes off when you let off the throttle. Also, low power during this as if no boost. Will only do this once or twice and then runs fine. Does this with engine that has sat for a while or is not all the way warmed up yet. Ideas?
