bad injectors ?

I have a 2001 350 with 104k on it. when its really cold out it seems like it barley wants to start almost like the battery inst charged. when it finally starts up and idles its up and down almost like its gonna stall out. Also if its not warmed up and i start to drive its really sluggish until it warms up then everything is fine. Lastly i know everyone hates this but it use too pour soot out when it was on my race tune mow it barley puffs. My question is, does this sound like a bad injector, ficm, or maybe my glow plus. (i guess it could be a combination of things too)

Could be several things. When was the last time you changed your fuel/oil/air filters and oil? Also, get it on a scanner and check the ICP pressure.

Sounds normal to me. Its what happens over time.

Your injectors are probably clogged up from lack of proper injector cleaning. You can try to run some injector cleaner through it for a few tanks, or consider worn injector o-rings or worn injectors themselves. Regardless, its not the end of the world and pretty normal at your mileage. I decided to replace my injectors a few years after this starting happening.

Yeah It doesn't seem like its hurting the truck as long as I let it warm up. I really wanna get a set of stage 1's so maybe its time to do a little upgrading
