no oil pressure at idle

i bought a engine out of a wrecked truck when i got it in it has no oil pressure at idle can slightly rec engine and oil pressure is fine any suggestions i have checked pickup tune in oil pan and where it bolts to front cover replaced LPOP had oil cooler off everything looks good put a manual gauge and same thing changed sending units also it was a low milage motor i bought
